We help individuals and institutions solve problems by using writing and research to identify feasible, evidence-based solutions and supportive resources, whether internal or external. This process often includes

• an assessment of the problem and corresponding solutions, including impacts 

• a plan for implementing and communicating solutions effectively

• writing and research products for different purposes and audiences, whether confidential or public (e.g. reports)

• an index of strategies and resources to address obstacles and maximize opportunities

We collaborate with leadership, teams, and individuals who wish to disclose or report problems as whistleblowers. 

 

Our approach is based on what Jensen Huang refers to as "responsible optimism." When faced with difficulty or uncertainty, if we work hard to address the root problem or question, and do so proactively and honestly, this can inspire learning and growth. The effort to create and build solutions benefits those who take the initiative and adds great value to institutions.
